Well, I woke up this morning feeling a lot better than I did when I went to bed last night.  I am not too crazy about this on-again off-again illness, but I am hopeful that I will be back to normal in the very near future.   While I have been sick, I have tried breaking myself that of the habit of watching TV after going to bed.  As some of you may know, Court TV has now become Tru TV.  They keep advertising that they do not have reruns, but I found out this week that this simply is not true.  Once I recognize something is being shown as a rerun, I either change the channel or turn off the TV.  There used to be something called "honesty in advertising.”  I do not think that exists anymore.   Last night I heard that the CNA who was suspended when she put me to bed while she was drunk was coming back to work tonight.  Although it is still at the rumor stage this morning, I am not too happy at the prospect of it turning into reality.  I talked to my sister about it this morning and she was livid.  I will not know anything for sure until later tonight.  If the woman does show up, I guess I will have nothing to do but accept it until tomorrow morning, at which time I can complain.   My sister invited me to her house tomorrow night for a chili dinner that she is having for her daughter, son-in-law, and her two granddaughters.  Although I would like to go there, I do not really think I am physically ready to go out and do too much just yet.   Today I am staying home, taking plenty of medicine, and drinking lots of liquids in order to try and get well.  If everything goes according to plan, I am hopeful that I will be able to attend my Relapse Prevention Group on Monday evening.  If I keep missing this week after week after week, I will probably be prevented from going there anymore.  That would not be a good thing.   Quotes of Self Image:   “When your image improves, your performance improves.”   Zig Ziglar
