8:50 PM   There are approximately fifty-four people on my Friends list.  Unfortunately, it has been an almost impossible task for me to keep up-to-date on all of them.  To be perfectly honest, while my original intentions had been to help others as well as myself, things have not turned out that way.   I have become immersed in my own problems to the point that I have neglected those of others.  I have been overwhelmed by the task of dealing with my own depression and PTSD.  Learning how to cope with my own problems, as well as going through the healing process, has taken up much more of my time and energy than I thought would be the case.   Those of my friends who feel that I have neglected to support them have my sincere apologies.  I meant to be of more help, but now realize that I have failed where I should have succeeded.  Anyone wanting to remove me from his or her Friends list may do so without any need to feel guilty.

Oh, sweetie, you\'re being too hard on yourself. We\'ve all been there. I certainly have. There are times when all we can do is take care of ourselves. Wishing you the best this holiday season. Hugs, Dancer.
