I Am in a Very Bad Mood Today!

 smiley-yell.gif

My entire body is starting to hurt.  I had another accident last night.  While they were getting me into bed, my right foot got caught under the bed and twisted.  I screamed again and someone pulled it out from under the bed.  The foot and leg are sore today.

One of my CNAs from this morning (who I now know to be a blabbermouth) took no time in calling the head of my home health care agency and advised her of the accident I had last night.  Just as I took the first mouthful of my breakfast, the phone rang.  It was ahead of the home health care agency who was calling to tell me that my doctor had called her this morning saying that I had told him my entire left leg was black and blue.  Either she was lying to me or he misunderstood what I had told his nurse yesterday afternoon.  The woman at the home health care agency seems to take delight in yelling at me about almost anything.  I told her I would clear up what was said.

A nurse came to see me again this morning.  Before leaving, she wanted me to sign some papers showing that she had been here.  I told her I was not supposed to sign any papers without first reading them.  She said it did not matter whether I read them or not because I would not understand what she had written.  I told the head of the home health care agency that, and she wasted no time in starting to shout at me.  She said I had the right to read anybody's papers, whether I understood what I was reading or not, and they could not stop me.  She ranted and raved like this for several minutes.  I really do not know how much more of this I can tolerate.

After I was done with that confrontation, I called my sister and told her what had occurred.  She became upset too.

I told my sister that I felt guilty because I did not have enough money to buy gifts for everyone in the family.  She said that I should not worry because they do not want anything since they know I am not employed, and am living on a fixed income.  I know that she is just trying to make me feel better.

Quotes of Attitude:

“The world is your mirror and your mind is a magnet. What you perceive in this world is largely a reflection of your own attitudes and beliefs. Life will give you what you attract with your thoughts think, act and talk negatively and your world will be negative. Think and act and talk with enthusiasm and you will attract positive results.”

I have been cautioned by a CNA that stress kills. She said that if I cannot get along with this \"woman\" then I need to find another home health care agency. In a city this size, that is easier said than done. I am sure that this woman has it in for me because I caught her in a lie a few months ago. I do not know what I am going to do, but I am extremely unhappy with the way things stand right now. I intend to discuss the situation with my doctor when I see him tomorrow. (I still think the best idea is to use that hangman\'s noose on this woman.)
