This is turning out to be one of those crazy days.  I went to see my doctor this morning and he said that I looked better than I had in a long time.  He wanted to know the secret of how I got that way. lol   We talked about some of the problems I have been having with my home health care agency.  He told me to try and get along with them as much as possible and to let him be "the bad guy" when something goes wrong.  He said that the last time he talked with the head of the agency; she wound up hanging up on him.   He called her again today, but I do not know what occurred.  I do know that he faxed her some new orders relating to my care.   While he was making some calls on my behalf, I spent some time with the social worker.  She helped me fill out some forms (which are overdue already) so that I will not lose my section 8.  Now I have to wait on copies of a bank statement and my proof of income.  They better get here during this coming week.   I was also told that they were going to call the agency where I got my wheelchair, and make sure that the necessary repairs to it are made.  Someone from that agency called me this afternoon and I have an appointment set up for next Tuesday.   About an hour ago, my friend called and said that my PCP was going to be late -- again!  He said they were at the Department of Social Services.  I do not know how he could have known two hours ahead of time that she will be late.  If I had known she was going to be late this often, I doubt if I would have arranged to hire her.  I am getting very ticked off about this and do not know how much longer I can overlook the situation.   Quotes of Attitude:   “Of all the ’attitudes’ we can acquire, surely the attitude of gratitude is the most important and by far the most life-changing.” Zig Ziglar

Sorry for all the troubles you endured today. As always, I loved your quote.
You have the attitude of a fighter and a survivor. An attitude of gratitude is one I\'m working very hard to cultivate. Blessings, Dancer.
