Despite an unexpected snowfall last night, I am going to see my psychologist today.  I feel that I may need some help trying to figure out exactly why I made the journal entry here but I did yesterday.  I am not usually that open with people, especially not in a journal where numerous people can read what is written.  Maybe it was the proper time for me to grow up and mature a bit more, and I felt that this was the way to do it.  I have no regrets (at least not many) and it may have helped me get rid of some unwanted stress that was locked tight within my mind.   Yesterday afternoon my home health care agency called to check up and make sure that I was satisfied with everyone who is helping me.  I said that everything was going along nicely and that I was pleased with the people who were helping me.  That was before last night, which turned into a mini-nightmare.   My PCP was an hour late getting here.  Her excuse was that she had been at the home health care office.  After giving me dinner, I said that I wanted her to go to the laundry room and do my laundry, and to get my mail while she was down there.  A short while later, she returned with my laundry basket and left it in my living room saying that she would be back.   It is now 15 hours later, and she has still not returned.  Wherever she may be, I hope that my laundry and my mail are with her.  Last night I called our mutual friend to ask if he knew where she was.  He said he would call me back in a few minutes.  I waited half an hour but he never called.  I called him and asked about her again.  He said that she was asleep.  I asked if she was asleep at his apartment or hers.  He replied that he did not know.  I cannot figure out how he could not have known.   I have decided that if she does not return my laundry today, or if she does the same thing again, I will need to have her replaced whether or not we are friends.  Friendship and business sometimes do not go hand-in-hand.   Quotes of Attitude:   “Although at the moment they may be equal in their lack of a real answer, the man who replies "I'll find out," is much more valuable to his employer, his neighbor, and to himself than the man who replies "l don't know.” Anonymous

I\'m not trying to minimize or \'silly up\' your progress here, but I really do think your psychologist should give you 3 gold stars and a sundae... Shoot, make it the whole package of stars. Amazing, you are amazing.

Weeble hugs and Mojo.

Good quote, goes along with your entry for today, I sure hope you find your laundrey and mail soon, that would be really annoying, your entry yesterday was, I don\'t know exact word, but I am thinking \"brave\" \"encouraging\" that we can heal if we try.
