UPDATE - 6:05 P.M.I think that I inadvertently got someone fired from working with me tonight.  The girl who does my cooking was off for the second day in a row.  When the head of the company called to tell the news I asked her to send me a copy of my Care Plan.  When she asked why I wanted it, I told her the girl was not doing as well for me as she had when she started. A woman came to make my dinner, and while she was here she informed me that she was taking over for the girl on a regular basis.  I was not entirely happy about this since I had not asked for the other person to be replaced.  As it turns out, the hours that I need help do not coincide with the time that this woman has available.  I have called the agency and tried explaining this.  I also said that I knew of a person who I thought could do the work even if we had a blizzard.  I was promised that they would check into her first thing in the morning.  I have been trying to get the person I recommended for more than an hour, but my calls have not been returned.  If she loses out on this job, she cannot say that it was because of me. I have not felt good this weekend due to the mess that the original girl left the apartment in.  She did very little cleaning, and I could not have stood her for much longer.  It is just as well that she was fired. Tomorrow night I am going to attend my Relapse Prevention Group and fight with the darn door when I try to leave the building later in the night! That will probably be the most excitement I will have in the whole day. Whoopi!
