I am not feeling too good today.  Several small things are happening all at the same time, which makes me feel as if it is almost more than I can handle.   Yesterday I received a packet of papers from the Denver Housing Authority.  They were supposed to be filled out and returned by November 9.  That is impossible to do since I received them three days after the due date.   I was notified by my doctor's office that I have a very bad urinary tract infection.  His office called my pharmacy with a strong antibiotic, but there was difficulty in actually getting it because the girl who helps me cannot go out at night because of her age and the agency she works with.  Thanks to Standard Time there is not enough daylight between the time she gets out of school and when she needs to go to the store for me.  I also also need to do my laundry and she has the same problem there.   This morning I could not find a new box of hearing aids, which I had used just a couple days ago.  I spent more than an hour looking for them when it turned out that they were right on my desk almost in front of my nose.   Last night the temperature got down to 20° and I almost froze to death.  I thought I had set the thermostat to 75°, but as it turned out it was at 10° lower than that.  Because of that and all my other worries, I did not sleep very well.   My sister thinks that since the temperature is 60° today I should take advantage of the nicer weather and go out to get a few things that I have been putting off.  She is probably right but I just do not feel as if I have the energy.  This is one of those days where I feel stuck in one place.   Quotes for Attitude:   “A healthy attitude is contagious but don't wait to catch it from others. Be a carrier.” Anonymous
