9:30 AM Monday was the last day that my anxiety group met. I was saddened to see it end. Not only did I learn a few things there, but I managed to pick up a couple of new friends as well. During the short time we were together, we drew together in a type of friendship. I want to keep this relationship with them. Next Monday evening I will be joining the Relapse Prevention Group. Although I have had a course in this before, the people running the mental health clinic apparently decided that since I have had so many relapses recently, that I should go through this again. They want to try to find out what is triggering my attraction to drugs. It is a dark and gloomy day out and they are calling for a mixture of rain and snow. My mood is not very good and I doubt if this will be of much help. I do not have anything special planned for today or tomorrow so I will have plenty of free time on my hands. I am not sure if that is good or bad. Quotes for Attitudes: “A great attitude does much more than turn on the lights in our worlds; it seems to magically connect us to all sorts of serendipitous opportunities that were somehow absent before the change.” Earl Nightingale

Gray, gloomy days when we\'re alone can be difficult. Maybe it would help if you could plan something special just for yourself. It doesn\'t have to be anything big. Just something to make you feel better. Hugs and Happy Halloween, Dancer.
