12:35 PM This afternoon is the last time my anxiety group will meet. I have some mixed emotions about that. I have grown comfortable with the therapist as well as with the other group members. Moreover, I believe that I have learned as much as possible from this group. Starting next Monday, I will be attending a Relapse Prevention Group that will meet every week from 5:30 to 7 PM. Since I have already been in a group like this once before, I fail to see what good it will do me. After I got up this morning, I tried to take a short nap but was interrupted repeatedly by the ringing of telephone. One person, whose name I did not recognize, called more than five times. I did not answer the phone to any of his calls. Another one called about three times and left a message asking me to call him back. When I did that, he said that he could not remember why he called me, but that he would return my call in five minutes. I doubt if he will call back at all. That is good news. I am not in the best of moods today, but things could be worse -- somehow. We are supposed to have one more day with temperatures in the 70s, but that day is tomorrow and I am supposed to see my psychologist, which will not leave me enough time to do much of anything. Sounds like the anxiety group was really helpful. Sorry to see that end.
Maybe this relapse group will be better than the last one.
