My "ideal" day... A good part of this weekend is going to be spent thinking and writing. The therapist from my anxiety group gave each of its members an assignment to write about an ideal day. It may sound easy, but to me it is very hard. I would like to write something very short. It would be nice to put down something like, "I woke up this morning, had a nice big breakfast, then went back to bed and slept for the rest of the day." I do not think that this would not be very acceptable. My mind better start working again. This is going to be like making up a fairy tale. I never even liked very many fairy tales to begin with. I have never written anything for children, and I am too old to start now. Since I got through the trials and tribulations of the past week all in one piece, writing about my ideal day should be a breeze. Interesting question...an ideal day. Walking in nature, lunch with a good friend, watching a movie with my boyfriend. I like the simple things these days. Hope you enjoy this beautiful day. Blessings, DD.
