I am having major Medicaid problems again. My pharmacy would not let me have my prescriptions because they said Medicaid part D refused to pay for them. That was last night. The problem has still not been resolved. To make it worse, I do not even know why they will not cover my medicines. I have tried at least 10 times to call my Medicaid technician, but she does not answer her phone. I get a message saying that if I need help to push zero. When I push zero there is a short wait and then I am disconnected entirely. I have been trying to get this number since six o'clock this morning. There is no excuse for such irresponsibility. My case manager even called to give me the phone number of my technician's supervisor. That has turned out to be a waste of time too. The phone rings forever and no one ever picks up. I am totally fed up with all this crap. Tomorrow morning I am going to that agency and they will not like to see me again. I have copies of all the information I gave them earlier this summer. They better have a good reason for not letting me have my medicines. I am not going to leave that building until I get some satisfactory answers! Good luck,it is all donkey poop,they do this all the time.They will always do this, as that is the way the system works,by not working if u know what i mean.They will make it so u have to fight for every dime.They spend more on trying to prove u don\'t deserve it then they would if they moved things up and paid up as promised by our country.Everything is about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and that is sad in our country, for this to happen,the liars make it hard for the truthful ones,so everone pays in the end.Don\'t give up,if u don\'t get help write a letter to your\'e local congressmen,that jars their preserves,we have had to do it with social security and copmpensation,that is another joke.Good luck,love to all
