There is no denying that I have been in a bad mood this weekend.  My depression worsened (as it does on weekends) and everything in my life just seemed to be spiraling downward with no end in sight.  That is a bleak feeling.

DS has at least one (and probably many more than one) idiot in its midst.  Two of his e-mails have made me see red.  I do not like chain letters, and will not take part in them.  If I get one, I will automatically delete it.  The idiot sent one to me.  I wrote back telling him I did not like chain letters, and that I had thought Doug had banned them from this site.  If he did not ban them, I definitely remember him asking the members not to send them.  The idiot (whose name I will not mention) wrote back to me saying that he hoped God would forgive me for refusing to take part in chain letters. smiley-yell.gif  How can anyone in his or her right mind believe that God is going to waste His valuable time on this subject?

This afternoon I am going to my anxiety group.  I intend to try to convince them that I have been in a great mood all week.  It will not work.  I already know that.  Everyone in the group knows me too well.  In this case, a lie is better than the truth.  Explanations can be time-consuming and dangerous to my health.

My journal entries have become too lengthy.  One of my goals is to write shorter entries.  They might be better if they were less boring as well.  I will have to give that a thought.
