Friday, July 6, 2007 1:30 PM Things are going better than they did yesterday, but not by much. I have not been able to contact the technician I was supposed to talk with concerning my Medicaid. However, I continued calling until I managed to speak with an agent who could discuss my case with me. After explaining that I did not receive anything informing me that I was to fill out and send in some recertification papers, she agreed to send me duplicate ones, which I am supposed to receive within three or four days. I am keeping my fingers crossed. My case manager’s supervisor called me to discuss the situation. He said he had spoken with the technician who told him that as long as I got my paperwork back to her by the end of the month, none of my benefits would be stopped. That was good news. I called my pharmacy and talked to the pharmacist about my change in Medicare Prescription Drug plans. I told her I did not have my new benefits card yet, but she agreed to let me have my medications as long as I presented a letter showing my proof of membership from the AARP Prescription Drug Plan to her. My sister was going to get my medicine for me today, but has not been able to do so. Since I am supposed to attend an anxiety group on Monday, I will get my antidepressant at that time. I am hoping that it will help my state of mind. Life does not seem worthwhile right now. I feel as though I have been through too many hurdles recently and my strength is being drained away. Every time I get one problem solved, it seems like another one takes the place. I am getting extremely tired of this and do not know how much longer I can keep going. You can do this Jim. If it isn\'t you job then let them take care of it. If it is then all they can ask is your best. hang in there.

Wow. I went through all that... while I was on the meds that made me crazy. It was really hard trying to solve everything myself, particularly in that condition. I kept saying, \"I just want a break! Just a break before the next problem! Just enough to recuperate and have the strength to deal with it!\"
It\'s a hard wave to ride and it seems like it has been longer than it really has... Just think, it was only a week ago that you were feeling really good. Somehow we\'ll get you through this and next week you\'ll be feeling great again! :)
