Happy Fourth of July!

I know that today is a holiday, but it is not one of my favorites.  That is one of the few things my brother and I have in common.  I guess that is some proof we are related.

My mood has still being going downward.  I am sure this is due to the fact that I have been doing without any antidepressants.  I have enrolled in the AARP Prescription Drug Plan, but have not gotten my membership cards.  I did get a letter confirming my application for membership, which I am going to take to my pharmacy in order to try and get some medicine on Thursday.  It will mean an extra trip but I think it will be worthwhile.

Starting tomorrow, I am going to try going somewhere a few times each week, whether or not I really need to go anywhere at all.  I think that I am staying home far too much, and that may have something to do with my depression.  I will give this plan a try and see what happens.

A Daily Thought:

Man it must be hard without your meds. Is it ok if I pray about getting them? While I love the Fourth I hate Christmas. Weird huh? Take care, tcat

tcat, the way things are going today it looks as if I am going to need all the prayers I can get. Thank you for the offer. Jim
