Tuesday, July 3, 20074:30 PM I know I have been in a pretty bad mood lately, and I'm very sorry if I've taken my anger and frustrations out on anybody at this site. Whenever I get angry, I usually keep my feelings locked up with inside myself, which is not a good thing to do. Sooner or later these feelings are bound to be released at the wrong time and at the wrong person or persons.Several people have given me a lot of support and encouragement by sending hugs, messages and by writing comments to my journal entries. I truly appreciate each and every one of you who have taken the time to do this. Thank you very much. While my mood is still not the best it has ever been, I am trying to do things to change it a bit at a time. The past four or five days have been filled with a conglomeration of aggravations. Making my way through all of this is taking more time than I thought it would. Yesterday afternoon I was supposed to go to an anxiety group, which was being raw and by my therapist. I was so angry with her for breaking a confidentiality that I skipped the session. I can understand her needing to tell someone else if she thinks I am going to hurt someone or myself, but there is no reason for her to let another person know that I had decided not to take a new antidepressant. I have not had an opportunity to tell her how I feel about this, but I will when I see her next week. This morning I was not feeling very well when I got up, so I took a pill to help me relax and take a nap. When that did not seem to work, I took another pill, which was twice as strong. This one did the trick and I got a few hours sleep. The thought vaguely ran through my mind that all I had to do was swallow the whole bottle of pills and I would never have another worry here on earth because, in all likelihood, I would be dead. But sanity had not lost its grip on me, and I realized that it would not be the right thing to do. Some of the children living in the apartment complex have been driving me crazy this summer. I know that "children are children" so I did not make any complaints about them until today. I went to the manager's office this afternoon to pay my rent. While I was there I told the manager about of few repairs that needed taking care of in my apartment. Before I left, I also told her that I was upset with some of the children living in the complex. Before I could say with a were, she told me who they were! The parents of the two children involved are being evicted on July 21. As it turns out, one of the managers told one of the children to quit throwing rocks in the swimming pool. That child then proceeded to cuss her out. The other child told the other manager that she was a whore. Three more weeks and then we can throw a going away party! Hurray!I mentioned these children in one of my previous journal entries. I believe I refer to them as something like child hoodlums. If they are like that now imagine what they will be like once they are grown up.A Daily Thought:"It takes less time to do a thing right than it does to explain why you did it wrong." -Longfellow

I know what you mean about kid`s in an apartment complex not behaving like they should. The last year we lived in Denver we had to live in one in Lone Tree and some of the kid`s were pretty bad.We had a couple with their 3 year old daughter living right above us and I had to stay at home all day.She would be ok until about 10:00 and then it was like a bomb went off and she would run and jump up and down.I talked to the manager and she said that they would talk to the parents and file the complaint but she said they were moving in a few week`s and then she would make sure that the place was rented to someone that didn`t have kid`s.The next people that moved in had a very energetic 3 year old son that was worse than the little girl.So I went and talked to the manager and she said that it was a mistake that they had forgot and there was nothing that they could do about it.I almost told them that they could take a long walk off a short peir, but at that time we knew that we were leaving Colorado so I just told Brendy that we could live with it for a while. That was until they got a dog that weighed more than fifty lbs.,that was the limit that they had set on dog`s in the complex.I told Brendy that I would never live in another place that has people above my head,it is just too noisy and with all my problems I don`t need that kind of crap to deal with also.Patio homes are the way to go,they have someone take care of the lawn`s and the one we live in has a pool ad no more kid`s.Some kid`s are ok but then there are others that think you should just shut up and let them do whatever they want and to hell if it break`s the Law.I hope that you can be to where you can move away from there but sometimes you just are stuck and have to put up with it.I guess I had better go for now so take care of yourself and get as much rest as you can.M.
