Monday, June 25, 2007 7:20 AM   Fortunately, I made it safely to the hospital and back yesterday.  I was somewhat worn out, both mentally and physically, by the time I got home, but that usually happens whenever I go to a hospital.  At least it was nice to get home and sleep in my own bed. If I ever start sleepig better (that did not happen last night), it should help a lot. As things turned out, I had done a bit of damage to my right foot on Friday.  I guess that is what I get for "speeding" around my apartment.  However, I cannot stand going slowly anywhere. At the hospital, they took x-rays, which were examined by the radiologist and an orthopedist. My foot was sprained and some of my toes have been dislocated.  A doctor tried to "pop" them back into place but that did not work.  After explaining everything, they decided to put my foot in a splint, which I am to use for four or five days.  I was told it would hold the foot and toes in place and keep the pain down.  I am also supposed to use some Vicodin as long as it helps me.  I will see my regular physician on Tuesday. Since I am feeling better today, I am going to try to go ahead with my life just as I normally would.  I have to see the manager at the apartment complex to see about getting a few repairs made.  Later in the day I will be going to my anxiety group just as I normally do.  Between morning and afternoon, I will try to watch one or more videos, which I did not have the time to see yesterday.  By the time I get home, I will just have long enough to have dinner before going to bed. I hope tomorrow will be better. A Daily Thouht:"Control your own destiny or someone else will."-Jack Welch

How do you like the anxiety group? I should probably find someplace to go... I should probably see people in person and make friends... Can I tell you how much I don\'t want to? :-/
