Good Morning!
I am feeling good today, which has not been the case for the past three days. During that time, I had somehow managed to pick up a virus, which left me with a number of unwanted symptoms. They may not be gone today, but at least I do feel better.
This is one of those rare weeks when I have very little -- if anything -- to do. I am not sure whether that is good or bad, but at least it will be better than having to go somewhere every day. Having some free time means that at least I will not have to be running from one place to another.
I am not a male chauvinist, but it is nice to see that women have been taking up the headlines the past week. First, we have Paris Hilton, who has been going into in and out of and into jail again. While she is not one of my favorite people, I do think that there has been a miscarriage of justice in her case. Given the nature of her crime, I feel that she was given too harsh a sentence.
On the brighter side, we have Danica Patrick who is one of my favorite racecar drivers in the whole world. This weekend she came in third in the race located at the Texas Motor Speedway. She has not won a race yet, but she will! Anyone who thinks otherwise should be banished from any type of sports. Whenever there is a race she is in, you can always find me right in front of the television.
