Tuesday, June 5, 2007 7:45 AM I am not feeling too good today, but I do not know what is causing the problem. I will just have to live with it. Later this morning I have to go somewhere and get my hearing aids adjusted. I can hear with them, but there is a lot of feedback and squelching noises. It sounds as though the noises go directly from one ear to the other without there being anything in between. Yesterday afternoon, the medicine I have been waiting on finally arrived. I did not have any pills left, and I need them to help me sleep. My brother is coming to town today with a load of bricks for my sister. She is going to use them in her garden. I am not planning on seeing him since he never called me to say that he would be in town. All the counselors and therapists I have ever seen have told me that I should write him off as a lost cause. That has been hard for me accept, but I am beginning to realize that they were probably right. A Daily Thought: “Be absolutely determined to enjoy what you do.” -Gerry Sikorski

I\'m not doing so great today either. We\'ll get through this together. :)
Hey Jim! They better fix them hearing aids this time, if they like their kneecaps! ;D Remember not everything can be black and white. If he\'s your bro, and you love him (and I know you do from the worry), then make it grey! Let him in as much as you want. Talk every now and then. Do family things. Or not! Just because you luv someone doesn\'t always mean you get along, or can stay close, but it doesn\'t mean you have to throw them away. If you are ready to let that go, do it. Make sure YOU really want that though. I finally stopped making the effort of contact (with cards and such) with my father last year. It was my choice. And it took me til I was 27 to make it. But it was right for me. It is right for me. If it\'s the right thing for you and you feel ready and good about it, then do it. If not, just ease back.
