I am definitely not in a good mood this morning. Sleep did not come as easily as I thought it would last night. It was somewhat sporadic at best. When I do not get a good nights sleep, I tend to be a bit cranky the next day.

There are people who do not like me to complain about my caregiver, but it is not good for me to smother my feelings about him. When he came to get me up this morning -- at 6 AM -- he was already on his cell phone the minute he came through the front door. He got off long enough to say hello, and then went right back to it. He has been told by his agency that he is not supposed to use his cell phone while he is helping me. He stopped doing it for a while, but has now returned to his old ways. I am becoming more aggravated with every day that passes. My nurse is his superior, so I intend to make another complaint to her when I see her later this week.

I am also angry at the fact that I have to go back to the mental health clinic today just to try and get the medication that I have been doing without the past 10 days. This is ridiculous! Any kind of good medical clinic should be run in a better way. I do not like the runaround that I have been getting from them, and I am fed up with it. I do not like making complaints, especially when people are helping me, but I cannot keep my mouth closed any longer.

I am feeling guilty about a comment I made in the depression room last night. Someone was saying unkind things about a little girl who is apparently handicapped. Some people have special problems that they were born with. It is not their fault. To make fun of these people, or to say you hate them, is beyond my understanding. I felt, and said, that the older girl should have shown the younger one some understanding, compassion, and love. While I still feel that way, I should have remembered that the older girl was at this site because she had some problems. The depression room was where she went to get some help. I somehow overlooked this and my mind focused on the other girl instead.

A Daily Thought:

Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have, and only you can determine how it will be spent. Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you.

I hope you get your scripts today for a pharmacy near you and you might want to ask for some resaonable amounts of refills put on them although your pharmacy can fax the request for refills
It is cruel to make remarks against anyone on this site. And you were right in telling her so.
Depression dos\'ent give anyone a right to be nasty to others and we all come on this site for support
I have seen a persons writing and reported it as I believe there only purpose on here was a twisted sense of pleasure in hurting others
Take care Jim
I hope today goes smoothly for you
