Today is my therapy day. I'm not looking forward to it. Last week I was very unhappy with my therapist and some of the things she told me. And before I left her office she asked me if I felt as if I were being pushed out. I said yes. I'm sure she knew what my answer would be even before she asked it.

I am aware that there are people waiting to be seen in the clinic. Each of them deserves to be seen in a timely manner. But I don't feel as though I should be tossed out like dirty water. I have a right to have as many of my issues solved as possible before leaving, especially since I have more weeks to use up on my Medicare or Medicaid.

While I'm still upset about last week's session, I must try not to get too angry or else they have the right to have me committed for 72 hours. I wouldn't like that.

My therapist told me that I can leave the clinic now, and return some other time. I don't see this as a viable option. If I don't feel comfortable leaving now, why would I want to return there later?

I will try to go there in a cautiously optimistic mood, and hope that when I leave I will feel as good, if not better, than I did when I went in. That's the best I can do!

Hi Jim;
I hope it goes well today. You can certainly say I feel very angry and why you do, without dispaying the anger
God Bless You I wish you well today
