I feel as though I've been living in a dazed state throughout the weekend. I'm here, yet I am not here. The world is going on before my eyes and I am watching it as if it were a movie. People seem to come and go and I'm here as a spectator.
My inability to get much sleep, and to eat much food, must be taking its toll as I feel a lack of energy, some dizziness, loss of feeling and not wanting to do much of anything.
Life keeps going on around me but I do not want to take part in it. I am weary of the struggles to survive. How much easier it would be if I could lie down forever.

I get it believe me. I wish I could just be encouraging because I know how we all need it but I feel the same way you do my friend at least I feel your words
I hope tomorrow will be a brighter day for I don\'t like what lies within one little bit right now
