Yesterday I just planned on chilling out by watching a few movies and reading a good book. That plan worked out nicely.
I got up pretty early for a Sunday -- 6 AM. There's not much to do around that time. I wound up listening to music, including jazz, on the radio.
My niece and her husband were supposed to come over and try fixing my computer again. I haven't heard from them so I'm not really sure whether or not they'll be here.
I've got one more video to watch, and I'm going to try to finish my book.
Thinking of my abuse problem has been causing me a lot of trouble this weekend. I can't seem to get it out of my head. I'm trying to distract myself by thinking of other things but that isn't going to clear up the issue. Every time I think of it I start getting stomach cramps.
A Daily Thought:
"Cherish your visions; cherish your ideals; cherish the music that stirs in your heart, the beauty that forms in your mind, the loveliness that drapes your purest thoughts, for out of them will grow delightful conditions, all heavenly environment; of these if you but remain true to them, your world will at last be built.." -- James Allen, 1864-1912, British-born American Essayist, Author of "As a Man Thinketh"

HI Jim,
I\'m glad you had a pretty good day yesterday. You always pick me up with your lovely thoughts for the day.
All things are possible with God.
It seems alot of \'stuff\' from the past is coming to the surface and that is a difficult time. Therapy is always hard, before the light shines.
I went to a grief therapist once and I wondered if someone to help you grieve for that child lost would help.
Just a little food for thought
Have a good day and May God Bless you
Love Jan
