There is one thing about going to bed in a bad mood -- it usually means I can get up in a good one. I would say it is mediocre today.
I have been able to get a lot of sleep lately. That is probably due to my therapist who had me cut down on my caffeine intake. Although I really appreciate it, I'm not sure that will get her back into my good graces again.
My brother had agreed to get all of our family -- at least most of it -- together tomorrow for a family reunion. Since I first learned about that, I've been praying for a heavy snowfall that would stop me from getting there. I couldn't get the snow, but I got the next best thing -- heavy rains and bitterly cold weather. There won't be a reunion tomorrow!
I've decided to make a really big effort to chill out today. There are several videos scattered throughout my apartment and watching them should keep me busy. At least that's my game plan. I hope my sister does not ruin it by coming over here. It might be best if I don't answer the phone or open the front door to anyone other than those who usually come over to help me.
