This morning's entry was all about the problems I've been having getting my wheelchair repaired. Now I'll give you a brief recap of what happened today.

The company manager showed up at 10, which was right on the dot. She brought a repair man with her, although she seemed to know much more than he did, as well as doing most of the work.

They measured different parts of my new chair, and compared it against my old chair. Then they began adjusting the armrests and foot pedals. My main complaint had been that the front of the chair was so high that it prevented me from getting my legs under tables and desks. They talked it over and came up with two ways to solve that problem. After some discussion they told me about the two options and left the decision to me. Both options would have the same result so I didn't see what the big deal was. Therefore I decided to have them get smaller tires.

Either later this week, or sometime next week, I need to go to their company so that they can take the old tires off and put the new ones on. If they need to make additional adjustments to my foot pedals they will take care of that too.

I really appreciate the help they are giving me, but I should not have had to threaten them with a lawsuit in order to get their attention.
