I'm not sure what's wrong, but I think I'm having a crisis of some kind. This afternoon, while watching the convocation at Virginia Tech University, I suddenly began crying, which is something I haven't done in about 13 years. That scared me, and I still feel the same way now.

My depression seems to have worsened in the last few hours, and I have started having flashbacks to events that happened when I was a child. I don't want to see these things, but am unable to stop seeing them.

For the most part, I am sitting here staring at nothing. My mind still wants to go places that I don't want it to go.

I am supposed to see my therapist tomorrow, but part of me just wants to run away. I don't know how -- or if -- I'll make it through the night.

the same thing happend to me today. i was working on something when the news came on & i didn\'t change it like i usually do. my friend & i talked about what happend yesterday not long after she got out of work. i think it all hit us today more than yesterday because we were in h.s. when school shooting seemed like an epidemic. we learned to act first, for safety, & react later.
