Today's topic will be a little bit different than usual. During the past month I've been bothered when it comes to writing by hand. For example, if I try to write a check, the muscles in my hand seem to tighten up, and I cannot write anything. I had attributed this to my CP, but when I mentioned my problem to my nurse, she thought it might be a result of friends who are causing me stress.

I thought she was on the wrong path until this weekend. I purposely stayed away from a friend who always borrows things and never returns them, or wants to borrow money and never repays.

This weekend he knocked at my door, but I did not let him in. A short while later I was able to actually write a check without too much trouble.

Friends usually help friends, but over the years, this friend has caused me nothing but trouble. It might be time for this friendship to end, and for me to begin choosing newer and better friends.

A Daily Thought:
