8 AM.
I love Friday the 13th -- this year!
Bunches and bunches of paperwork has now been completed. That was required in order for me to get new hearing aids. I've been to a fitting and even that worked out well.
I've also finished, and sent in additional paperwork to try and get the mess with my new wheelchair all cleared up.
With all of this accomplished, it feels as if the stress is draining out of me. That's a big weight off of my shoulders. Maybe -- just maybe -- I'll get a few days of rest.
Last night we were preparing for a foot of snow. Rather than go to bed and having to stay in bed all day today, I slept in my wheelchair all night. At 6:30 this morning my aide came in. There was no snow, and I had stayed up all night for nothing. Oh well.
Sometimes you have to take the bad with the good. And for me the absence of snow was great!
I even had a night of sleep without any nightmares! Yes, even Friday the 13th seems to be my best day. Hooray!

Sorry about the snow...:), hopefully you can take a nap later, and btw thanks for letting me know it is Friday the 13th wasn\'t paying attention. I am not superstitous, so it shouldn\'t affect me.
