My day suddenly turned good! Someone from my home healthcare office came to see me. She said the company did NOT want me to change agencies, and they would do whatever they could to make me happy. My case is being switched from their south office to the north office, which is really good news. The head of the south office is not supposed to have further contact with me, and if she calls, I'm supposed to hang up. YAHOOOO!
