Day 5

Taking my shower today, I kept looking through the shower door for that furry shadow.  She would curl up in a ball on the rug near the tub and wait for me to come out of the shower.  Then she would look up with those sad eyes like she was saying...can I go with you today Mommie?  She would see what clothes I was putting on.  If she saw me putting on my Office clothes, she knew Mommie was going in to work and she would be sad.  If she saw me putting on casual clothes, she would perk up because maybe Mommie was taking her for a ride or working from home.  Oh what I would give today to see her when I got out of the shower.
