Just wanted to say a quick hello. Hope all of you are well. I've had some fatique and depression issues lately-not the usual "time of the month" for them. I think I need to strap on the seatbelt and get ready for THE RIDE--I mean the BIG ONE--I've been riding the little hormonal roller coasters like the ones at the county fair--but I'm starting to think that this is the BIG ONE--You know, like the one at Six Flags (for those who don't know---it's a BIG one)I'm trying to prepare myself-- I know I need God, courage, friends (that's where you come in) cause I'm riding the BIG Roller Coaster of MEEEEENNNNNNOOOPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUSEEEEEEEEEE!!!!HEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!

OMGosh! I wish I had some of that \'wisdom\' you spoke of at my journal for you on this one!!!! I do hope the ride is as swift and painless as possible and you can go ahead and coast the rest of your years!! Not sure if that\'s how it works but if you talk real nice to those Meno gods, it could happen!!! Seriously, I do hope that this will lead to better days for you. It has to be difficult with all the swings, anything steady would be easier to deal with, then you could attack it somehow! Thank you for your sweet and flattering comment, I really don\'t think I have \'it\' to write a book, but I\'m so happy that you enjoy or get something out of my journals! Hugs and love to YOU! Hope today is a happy one for you.
Oh no! So sorry to hear about the BIG one. Does the roller coaster go upside down?
All you can do is wait everything out & prepare to only do things you usually enjoy doing because it won\'t last forever even tho it feels like it will never go away.
How about movies? Watch as much comedy as you can. The Simpsons works for me. I have hours recorded that takes my mind away.
I\'ll be here & I know that everybody else will be here too.
Take care of yourself for us!
I am sorry that the big one is coming. One good thing is you know it is and can be prepaired, not like out of the blue...WHAM. I try to walk more and get out of the house, think before I speak, even to myself. Treat yourself kindly, don\'t over schedule yourself. Prayers for you. LYL Tonya
Oh my! Well we all know it comes around eventually, right? I keep saying I\'m going to go on hormones (and I still might) but I think as long as I\'m stable on the meds I\'m on (sort of anyway), I keep putting it off. As you know it\'s been a very rough road for me, but please don\'t anticipate that it will be for you -- perhaps it won\'t be as awful as all that for you. I certainly hope and pray that you can get through it with the minimum of disruption!
You are in my prayers! I know you will get through it!
I really feel things will get better for you!!! I pray that they will. It is a wild crazy roller coaster like the Ninja at Six Flags. Bobby and Nick went on it when I think Nick was about 13, I\'m not sure maybe he was older. I think it about scared Bobby to death. I hope you are better. Love you lots sis
I really picture a beautiful Menopause Island where we could all live at for about a year. There would be free travel back and forth to our families when have times that we feel better. There would be spa treatments and massage everyday. Yoga and relaxation classes, beautiful clear water, tropical fish and snorkeling. I think parasailing would be fun. The food would be healthy and its all paid for by the gov\'t of course. I dare say there are probably many crimes that are committed by hormonally challenged and menopausal women. So it would be a very cost effective program. I am just about ready to go. No men allowed except a few cute waiters. LOL Maybe they could start having menopausal cruises. That would be fun too.
