Hi Everyone,Hope this finds you all having a wonderful day.  I'm doing well.  I started my period and most all the anxiety and depression is gone.........I'm not anxious as I was about my daughter living in North Carolina.  I know this must seem strange to all of you.  I don't believe anyone can really understand this condition unless they have it......I don't even understand it--..but you all are my friends and I think it is important to try to share these things with you.  I thank you all so much for your concern and your helpful advice to me when I asked you for it.  You honored me with your responses and the time you took to give me your thoughts.  I am blessed to have you as friends!Love, Cindy

It\'s amazing how when the chemistry starts its functions, how it makes shifts the rest of us. What happens to you doesn\'t seem strange at all Cindy. It\'s chemistry. Too much of one thing, not enough of another and we have not enough control over either. All we can do is try to remember that chemistry is skewing us and do the best we can to look through it.

Or, we could go eat CAKE. Weebles loves ya.

Yes, like Weebs said, it isn\'t strange, but figuring out when you need to watch your attitude and such, knowing that you are off-balance is the key. It\'s a tough one. Be gentle with yourself. Hugs and love.

Cindy, you and I must have the same chemistry make up. I had a meltdown a few weeks ago and then I got my period and I was fine afterwards. My doc said that I have to increase my meds a few days before...but now, I haven\'t gotten my period in 2 months. So who the hecks knows when it\'s gonna strike! Let me know how long you\'ve had this for....I\'m curious...because I have had it for quite some time and just realized now what brought on my anxiety, panic and depression so bad. I\'m here for you. Don\'t feel silly or stupid talking about the way you feel. You are loved and accepted here.

I\'m glad to hear you\'re feeling better and the anxiety is gone. Isn\'t it awful that it takes getting a period to get rid of it??????

I\'m so glad you are feeling better. I feel that some of my anxiety comes and goes with my period as well and I do know what anxiety is like -- it\'s so overwhelming when it comes and it makes everything feel so immediate and real whether it is or not. I\'m glad that you are able to ask for help when you need it!

I definitely know what it feels like to be deeply depressed & having panic attacks for no real reason.
Earth people don\'t understand why we can\'t stop panicking, being over anxious, etc.
I explain it this way: \"Let\'s say we\'re passengers on an airplane. Suddenly the engines stop & the plane is going down fast. Everybody would be hysterical, knowing they were going to die & I say to you, \'just snap out of it; relax; calm down!\' Could you do it?\"
