Okay, things are going better than I thought......thanks so much for the encouragement.  As of right now, I've only done first phase, but I am happy to say I feel better so I'm not going to take a nap(unless I need it later) .  I am now going to start that list of the need- to-do's.  I am starting with cleaning out an outside garbage can that is maggot infested (come on over, we'll have a party cleaning it out LOL!!! .......I will do what I can and stop when I need to......I am planning on starting dinner earlier because then it will give me free time tonight and rest (that's my reward--thank you Holly)!!Love and Hugs!!!!!

Good for you Cindy! Break your jobs into 15 min (max) segments and that way, even if you don\'t finish the list, you\'ll still see all those check marks to encourage you. I truly choose to leave the housework undone sometimes because when I feel good I want to reward myself with something FUN! But you know I am paying the piper for that one, so don\'t follow my plan. . . .

Here\'s to Lists; either getting something on them done, or just setting a match to them and go have a sundae instead... Weeble hugs

Another thing I have to do is if I have to cook, I do it first thing in the morning because it wears me completely out to stand there for so long! I try to cook gigantic meals & freeze some of it.
I wash the dishes while I cook. Usually after that, my day is shot.

Idea(I\'m laughing about this one): Instead of telling us WHAT you\'re going to do, why not do it & tell us that it\'s DONE. Woo Hoo...
