Just wanted to update you on the  continuing saga of "The Bold and the Big"...... or "How the Body Changes"Yes, after just four days of some cheating on my diet and not exercising---yes, yes, yes---I've GAINED more inches and a few pounds.......I've never been a pound watcher, so who knows maybe I always did this, but I'm suspecting it's the menopause thing we've  all heard about.......didn't let it get me down yesterday....I mean at this point it's really comical.......but you know, I really do feel better physically and have more energy(I hope it continues)--anyway, laugh along with me..........  But remember this........don't count me out.........I don't have alot of challenges in my life and I'm just looking for a fight---so it might as well be against my own body!!! I'M GOING FOR IT!!!!!!!!

Hey go by how your body feels, not by the measuring tape or the scale right now -- the most important thing is to get regular exercise established. After that you can try to figure out why you seem to be gaining (I still vote that you are gaining muscle mass at this point). I love how my body feels when I actually have muscle and not just jiggly fat and I love the energy and resilience I get from being fit -- I don\'t know quite why I allow myself to get out of shape! I\'m laughing at the irony though -- this is just the kind of thing that usually happens to me!

Dang that mentalpause!!! Sometime last year, the peri-menopause bodysnatcher took my body and gave me this one..and I\'m not liking it one bit! I think you\'ve fallen victim too maycin. Don\'t report this kidnapping to the authorities though. They\'re all in denial. LOL
The pounds will come off eventually, but the increase in energy is a positive sign that your persistence is working!

I love that \"the peri-menopause bodysnatcher took my body\". I don\'t know what took my body but I hate what it traded me for it. You are so funny , Sis. Way to go, you fight to make yourself better. We have to remember Dr Laura\'s saying \"Go take on the day\". Keep fighting!!!!
