What a difference a day makes!!!!!!! Wow, woke up early this a.m. which is unusual and just felt good and went on to this women's coffee and just had the best time and then went to Curves.
Now the difference is not that I was doing activities but I really enjoyed the activities. My concentration, motivation, aches and pains, mild depression are not with me today. I have energy--not dreading my housework....it just amazes me because when I'm feeling so bad I forget what's it's like to feel good. Then when I feel good, I realize how badly I was doing.....I can see now that I need to be more gentle with myself and that I don't have to push myself, but when I'm feeling bad, I don't have the some reasoning abilites.
I blame it on my hormones, but if anyone else has any ideas about what it could be, please feel free to let me know. Sometimes I wonder if it is fibro, but was checked for that and then I don't think it comes and goes like this. Thanks for listening. Love to everyone!

I feel the same way you do, I have these good days and then I have these really down days, and I suffer terrible from pmdd, especially since I am in perimenopause. I think the hormone fluxuations are to blame for our mood swings. What medications are you taking for this? Anything?
I know exactly what you mean! For me, tho, on days when I feel my best, I have to make sure I don\'t over do myself or I\'ll pay for it the next day.
On good days, I WANT to do all the things I had to put off. I WANT to fill the entire day doing everything. But again, I have to be careful on good days. BALANCE is the key.
i have good days and bad days too and i blame my tiredness and mood swings on hormones...on the days i feel good i feel really good and on the bad days i just really feel horrible sometimes i just wish there could be an inbetween smile...i\'m so gald you had a good day...hugs sweetie love terri
I\'m so happy that you had a good day! It sounds like hormones to me, too. Be good to yourself and, yes, give yourself a break! Especially on the bad days! Many hugs and thank you for the prayers.
Glad you had such a terrific day!!!Hormomes can do very crazy things to our emotions....sounds like it to me too. Have you tried charting to see when the terrible days are? There maybe a pattern. Hope you have many more great days!!!!
Girl, that\'s the way to do it!!!!!!!!!!!! Prayers are being answered
look at her go!!!!!!!!!! That\'s a blessing you\'ve received.
Diet and exercise are very important, I\'ve been taking Mineral oil every at the age of 21yrs.old. This was an remedy that my Grandmother
to me to do. So I just did it, because she said so. Well I\'m 54, and I\'ve never experienced and hormone problems. Plus I drink Green Tea, and
I alway keep vinegar in my diet. I\'ve never had a Hot Flash or anything,
Thank The Lord. Oh, I eat a lot of mustard also. I\'m not on any type of
medication. When I talked to my Dr. on my examinations, he just looks at
me like I\'m puzzled, I feel just great and will continue to due so.
Hey! I\'ve been away a few days so sorry I\'m a little behind the times. Fibro does indeed come and go, but generally a tender point check will be positive whether you are having a \"flare\" (as it\'s called) or not. I notice that since I\'m in perimenopause I have more pain in general, more fuzzy-headedness and more memory problems. I celebrate the good days and try not to over-do and try to take care of myself on the bad ones knowing that they will pass. As Taloola says, balance is the key!
Well I think it is just living, one day we are very up and the next day we are not, but having both makes one appreciate it when it is good. I know that when I am down I need to make myself busy otherwise I get even more down.
