The continuing saga of the peri-menopausal woman.................................

Last night in trying to deal with my aches and pains, I remembered a homepathic remedy called Distress Remedy-it had helped me before. So I took it for about three doses and felt completely better-physically and emotionally.

This morning slept late and woke up feeling great mood-wise and no aches and pains. Going along my day, trying to get some things accomplished around the house and about three hours after waking up-BAM-Hit with this fatigue and mild depression, some concentration problems, too.....forgot the work (trying to take the good advice of my friends here) and rested for 1 1/2-- ate, felt better, so decided to take some relaxation time (another suggestion from a friend here) and painted for an hour.

This brings me up to the current time wherein I just tried to make a pot of wild rice and literally could not follow the directions....which then proceeds to make me cry from frustration.....which then makes me run to go tell my friends the continuing saga.

When I have hormone problems, I do tend to have some confusion and concentration problems--am wondering if it is anxiety??? Possibly should talk to the doctor about upping my clonopin....I mean I'm doing this health thing and it just ain't getting it.

Thanks for listening to the continuing saga.....I'm sure there will be more.

p.s. Sometimes you can try to do the right things, you can try really hard, and I guess you have to accept that it just won't always work. You would think I would have learned that for by now.

Ask your doctor about that Provigil stuff. It didn\'t work for me, but under treatments on this site, many people swear by it. It\'s supposed to give you great concentration and energy.
