I can feel my "down" time coming. I want to handle it in the right way. It's hard to know when to give into the feelings--the fatique, the lack of motivation--and when to just try different things to do to keep up and active. During this time, it's easy for me to just end up in bed sleeping. And I do it when I have to and don't feel guilty about it, it's just knowing when. Because I'm really trying to do my part and not give into it to much. I spent too much of the winter having such a hard time. Anyway,
I am so thankful for this support group. It has helped me tremendously!
Ya'll take care. I'm going to try to take a walk to see if it helps. It's sunny and 72 here. Sorry, for those up north, but soon Spring will be there, too!

My anxiety has lessened and I have given away some of my stressful cases to relax. i also find I\'m not running to my home office and spending the night there - i just try to get a break. A nice facial can be very comforting too for relaxation.
