I think I'm getting closer to my period. It's hard to tell because they're irregular. But I am feeling awful(LOL). You know I'm really not laughing it is hard for me because I just feel so blah. So the depression part of the month is here for me. I am trying to lean on the Lord, but the feelings are all so confusing. I should be an old pro at this. I have got to have a major change in perspective. I must accept my good days (not many) and bad days. Not having control is what I have to accept. I think it's so hard because it goes against my personality. I am fun-loving, go out and grab life by the horns. But with this illness, it sucks my energy, changes the way I view life. But I am going to try to fight all the negatives with positives. Remember Bible verses that are helpful and think on what is lovely, true......

Oh do I know that feeling! Yes, accepting the lack of control will help in making you feel better, like a weight lifted off shoulders. Easier said than done. Try and have a good one anyway!
