Well, yesterday was interesting. I really write to sort this all out-I don't really expect someone to read my journal-too long. Started off feeling good. I had alot of errands to run. I was eating frequently to keep my low blood sugar under control. But I was just amazed because I would go through these times of real exhaustion and weakness. I had to hurry through the grocery store because I just knew I couldn't take any more. I had been gone for six hours. Maybe I just expect too much of myself. Anyway, when I got home and this exhaustion was different than my PMS-depression exhaustion. Anyway, I sat down to drink a cup of tea and just kinda starting praying and then the tears started coming.....anyway, had a good crying jag. And then after that felt much better energy-wise. Atleast for a few hours. Maybe tears are really a good stress-reliever. But I felt really exhausted not stressed before I started crying. Anyway, am wondering if I am dealing with something more serious. I just have spells of weakness. I wonder if it's my heart, but the naturopathic doctor says low blood sugar can do this. I know I am dealing with frustration over having such unstable health and emotions!!!! Don't know what mood I'll be or how much energy I will have. Anyway, am thankful I feel good enough to go walk and exercise. Trying to follow the dr's orders. Monday and Tuesday "life" got in the way.

Low blood sugar can definitely cause mood swings, and exhaustion. I struggle with borderline low blood sugar, and can definitely tell when it\'s getting too low. Know that you are doing everything you can, and allow yourself to be where you are at any given moment.
Thank you for checking on me, I am doing great and am glad to be back.
Hang in there, once you recognize the patterns, it gets much easier to manage.
Hugs! Candy
