Hey,
Well, I started spotting. It is day 47 of my cycle. I have had such a horrible history of PMDD (debilitating at times) and I've heard that menopause is worse for women like me and I am scared. My periods have just now gotten erratic. And the mood swings are bad. I just can't really plan anything because I'm afraid I will not feel up to it. See, my symptoms just kinda knock me out and sometimes all I can do it lie down and sleep. I know it's more than just hormonal, but I've been to so many doctors and tried so many treatments. I have two sisters that have chronic health issues, one with fibromyalgia--she doesn't have any hormonal issues-the other one has chronic fatigue, she is in bad shape. Her anti-depressant has kept her moods fairly level. Anyway, I think I'm really capable of a major pity party. See, I'm normally an extremely positive, upbeat, even energetic person. Alot of people that I associate with don't know the extent of my health condition because it's not socially acceptable to talk about it and because when I'm feeling better they see the other "me". I know the books all suggest you are to be just upfront with people, but in my experience, no one understands it unless they have it. I'm just really so tired, really tired.
