Ok just erased five minutes of typing. UGG. My celiac is giving me hell. My mouth burns so bad and inflamed colon. Im a hard headed women. I was dx 8 years ago maybe. And I do abstain for long periods of time. Blaaaaaaaaa two steps forward and one step back. Well sick for three days this time and the base of my skull is real painful. Bulging disc. Joints hurt so bad when I woke up today-arthritis- took meloxicam and fiorecet and stayed in bed all day. Tonite I made banana pudding and stew and keilbasa with cabbage in my faithful pressure cooker. Yum hot and soft with great broth. Well its one am. Good Nite

Friday it rained. I drove to Brenda for bonding and tea. I know it will cost but I was in alot of pain, notice big toe,feet and stiff toes with all other wide spread pain. I took what was purscribed which is rare. I learned less is best a long time ago. Sat more pain an muscle spasm then later spasm in back left side . I could draw a sketch of every bone and precisely deal my ribs hurt so tender. Patches save the day. Could not get enough rest left hip flare so didn\'t make it to church. Rested with MC and went to Carinos 4 Gluten free. Spent 300 on food in last thee wks. Lots of organic but Feast O. got me.
