The neurontin is working pretty good. And proof of it is, I broke out in blisters again lastnight but I don't feel any horrible nerve pain like last time. I don't feel anything, not even the blisters themselves. I haven't had any of the regular nerve pain either lately. So that's a good thing. That nerve pain was a nightmare!! On another note, my foot is healing little by little. The purpleness is going away bit by bit and the swelling has stayed down. I've been able to bear weight on it again and got off the crutches (thank God! Hate those things!), but I can't put all my weight on it yet, and i'm still walking pretty slow.  My sweetie and I went the beach Sat and Sun. It hurt like hell to walk on the sand with my screwed up foot, but I wanted to go so bad because the VOG (volcanic fog) was really bad and and it made the air SO HOT and icky sticky! The sky reminded me of the mainland and how the sky gets grey and brown from the smog. Gross!We had a lot of fun despite my pain in the ass foot. We went to Shark's Cove again, too! I wish I had brought the camera, cuz the water level was so high it was crazy! Well, I'm off to the VA again, hopefully this week will be a good one. Hope everyone's is great too!
