smiley-frown.giflast night i didn't sleep well...as usual. I went to the beach yesterday with Matthew and did some lght swimming, wich usually helps me a lot. But last night, I was in pain. Back pain mostly. The pain was in my bones. I hate taking pain killers, so most nights I just bare with it. I'm on anti inflamatories, have had spinal steroid injections in the past (7 total), had chirpractor and physical therapy treatments over and over. Yeah, they helped a bit and sometimes a lot. But there's got to be an answer to all this. Of all the problems I have, if I could have one eliminated, I would choose fibromyalgia. It sucks the worst. It has the greatest impact on my life. My whole life revolves around it. Even with the other conditions I could go back to work, but not with fibromyalgia. I can't predict when or how it creeps on me, and I can't remember crap. I get sooo tired out of nowhere, and i hate it when people constantly ask what's wrong with me. Now that I've been staying home for over 1 year, I don't have to deal so much with them. The less people I deal with the better.

I have gotten used to not dealing with many people, but now i find it a lot harder when I come across rude ones. Careful not to become agrophobic tho, if you have a \"good\" or \"fair\" day, see if you can\'t get out a bit, perhaps just walk on the beach and do some deep breathing until you are totally relaxed.
