Tried on some smaller clothes today and they were a little tight, I think after I lose 5 to 10 more pounds they will fit better.
Having trouble eating w/ constant acid reflux. Can even have that with water. Have had acid reflux since infant, though no one knew, esp. not my parents but I got a hold of some of my medical records, that would explain why I didn't gain weight easily. Didn't get treatment for acid reflux at all until 1999. Probably waited too long.
Need to write an Intro on the Bipolar group still. Will try to do that tomorrow at 'rents house. I have a dentist appt. and have to stay the night. On another friend's computer, but she is busy at the moment, so I have some privacy.
