Well, today is my 47th birthday.... for some reason I don't like that number lol.  My eldest son will be down from the city later this morning...yay.  I think the other 2 should be here around lunch time, so we'll all be together for lunch which will be lovely.  My best friend and I usually go out for dinner somewhere, this year she suggested a new restaurant that looks very swanky (well for us country folk lol) so we'll go there if we can get in.Things at work are going along ok....busy busy busy.  I still have to check myself and make sure I'm not overdoing things or that my posture is ok.  I used a mouse for a while on my old bosses computer...... ouch - on when the wrist splint later that arvo.  I'm a bit stiff again today, but still I reckon that Lyrica is helping a bit.  It will be interesting to see what happens if we increase the dose - hopefully even better.Anyway, not really much news, but just thought I needed to update my journal.  I like to read my friend's journals to see what is going on in there world and how they're doing, so I must remember to do the same....

Well....HAPPY BIRTHDAY 2 U MISS LADY!!! I certainly hope you have a blessed one today with 0 pain 4 the whole day. Dinner sounds fun, swank it up all you want to...you deserve it. Glad the job\'s workin\' out for you. Sometimes busy days are the best days cuz\' they go by fast. I miss work. Not so much the loads of work from claims, members accounts and all of the other endless things we handle in membership...but I miss the friends, getting out of the house and my other position there as the editor/information technologist for the Kaiser Permanente African-American Professionals Association. I was also the Sr. Events Coordinator for the call center. \"I kept busy, but loved the responsibilities. I can still write the newsletter from home, but I\'m not up on the goings on there really. I\'ve been off work since 09/07. Enjoy your position, but be careful not to overwork yourself. TTYL, Deena Chalon

Happy Birthday. I hope dinner was nice. Great to see the Lyrica is working for you. Is it expensive in Aus? I am on gabapentin (neurontin) which is apparently very similar but way cheaper here. It has helped me an awful lot - I can now just get out of bed in the morning without having to plow through the stiffness first. Yay, gotta love it. Keep me updated with how the Lyrica is going. Ness
