Man I am sooo tired.  My fibro is giving me hell,  as expected lol.  Work is over the top and the weather is so hot and steamy that no-one can think straight.I had to drive up to town today, and this morning before I left I realised I'm missed my Effexor yesterday - no wonder I was feeling like a space cadet.  Nearly didn't go, but I couldn't really cancel a specialist so late.  I was so stiff by the time I got home that I decided to try a new massage place nearby.  Luckily I got in - it was the best massage I've had in ages.  Agony, I nearly had to stop him a few times, but it was worth it.  I can feel the difference in my muscles, although I'm sure I'll be really sore tomorrow.  I took some pain killers and valium when I got home to help me through it til I get to bed.  Hope everyone is doing ok today.
