Well, it's Monday now. My hubby is fishing in Alaska right now with his father and brothers in law. Sounds like they are having a good time. I think they are getting rained on since September is the rainiest month in Alaska. Doesn't sound like my kind of trip but I'm really glad that they have the opportunity to do this. I am planning a trip with my sisters in law and husband's parents to go to Disney World next May. That should be a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to it. As of now, my hubby does not want to go - he says that Disney is the last place he wants to be. Fine. Let him stay home! I happen to love Disney World and will have more fun without him complaining about something every 5 minutes. Our son will be 3 1/2 by then and he'll enjoy it too. All I can think of right now, is how much I want another child. It's so hard when I'm not even on the same wavelength with my husband. we are trying to work our problems out together, which is great. I do love him and want our relationship to work out. We have agreed to stop focusing on the negatives and work to look at the positives of our relationship and why we're glad to be married to the other. I keep praying that God will work on his heart and make him want the same thing in a family as I do. I love our son, but he really needs a brother or sister. I know that I can't be in school if we have another child, but that is a sacrifice that I am happy to make. I guess for me, it's either back to school or another child. My husband isn't really fully supportive of either, but he goes along with me being in school since it's not as great of a financial and time committment form him as having another child. it's really sad, but sometimes I think he sees our son as a burden that takes him away from all the activities that he wants to do. he says that the child adds stress to the marraige. I don't necessarily see it that way. I know he loves his son but he keeps talking about how he can't wait for him to be able to do things for himself. I love being a mother to a toddler. I look forward to all of the new experiences each day. Not to say that it doesn't get frustrating at times and children really know how to push their parents' buttons, but I love it all! My best friend is pregnant with her second child. I am absolutely thrilled for them, but at the same time I'm jealous because I want it too.
