43 days since I last S.I. , which is great., almost unbelievable; however, I still get urges EVERYDAY. Sometimes they are overwhelming and I almost succomb. I need all the help and support I can get. The scars are fading, somewhat, and I want them to continue to go away, become part of my past.

The urges last for a very very long time. They aren\'t as terrible as they are in the beginning and you can always talk through them. I haven\'t cut in over a year now and occasionally I still feel like I want to. Talk to me if you ever need to. :\']
