Nice job keep up the great work, it will get easier and you can do it. I did. Wishing you freedom from the nicodemon, you will feel so much better about yourself and smell better too! If you haven\'t already downloaded the quitkeeper, it\'s a great reinforcement of your quit and a little reward.

Second week DOWN, and doing GOOD! My main problem was the dentist. Thanks to all the support from D.S., I made it. I\'ve missed a couple of my Chantix - one purposefully (dental night, sick to my stomach) the other accidentally. It didn\'t seem to matter much. I thought I would probably need to take it the rest of my life, now considering getting off when I\'m through with the first script. After next week? Anyway, tickled pink, still. Breathing easier, cravings are way down, smelling lovely aromas everywhere and almost gagging when I smell smoke. It\'s like a whole new world. Another weekend coming up, but not too worried. My pesky cousin is coming, but with 1W4Ds16Hrs behind me, I think I\'ll be alright. Two of my friends have stayed quit, too. Hopefully it will clear up by Sunday and warm up as predicted, and I will take a nice long walk on my timberland and take deep breaths and enjoy the smell of the clean air, pine trees, cedar, creek, etc. Yay! I\'m lovin\' this so far!

Breathing is good and what wonderful smells to take in. Enjoy it all. You are on your way and can call yourself a non-smoker. Great job! You rock!
