Thank You Lord! Thank You Lord! I see the light at the end of the dark tunnel! My doctor put me on Adderall! I wanted to try Provigil, but my insurance wouldn't pay for it. Adderall really scared me because it is straight up amhphetamine. I have been so nervous since I've gotten it! I couldn't sleep last night or stop shaking! How silly of me. But my husband talked me down. . .LOL. He told me it was basically just glorified caffiene, so I feel much better about taking it. I am aware of the side affects, and will be especially careful. I have a family full of drug addicts, so I am very sensitive when it comes to this particular drug, so please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.  Anyway. . .I took it today for the first time. I told my doctor that I was desperate, that I couldn't live with the fatigue anymore, I was getting depressed, couldn't clean house, or even get myself to shower! He said I was the worst case he has ever seen as far as Chronic Fatigue goes. He told me I am bordering on Narcelepsy. Pretty scary. . . my family is starting to understand a little about what I am going through. . .thank You Jesus. My husband is being so wonderful. . . he helped me wash my hair today, i've been telling him how hard it's been for me lately to hold my arms up to wash and rinse my hair, so he lit candles in the bathroom and ran a warm shower and pampered me. It was so wonderful. Even when I was well he never was like this! God can turn anything bad into good! So, the first day on the adderall. . .sorry, got side-tracked, it's a low dosage because I was so afraid of it, only 5 mg. I didn't really feel a difference, no "high" feeling, or super energetic feeling, just not tired! It was so nice for a change. I didn't feel like I couldn't  hold my eyes open at 11am, and I didn't NEED a nap after I did the dishes, I didn't need to lay down and rest after I took my son to school. . . it was just almost normal. I know it's not a miracle drug, and I know I will still have my bad days, but it was just so nice to have a day that I wasn't exhausted. Just one day at a time. . .Thank You for today Lord.

Awwww Sherie I am so glad your hubby is taking good care of you, you need that. I pray he keeps it up and that you start feeling much better. This has been so stressful and scary. We put our faith in these doctors and I\'m not sure half of them just guess what to do with us.
Sherie I\'m sorry you have to go through this but I am so glad I met you!
love you Bonnie

My Adderall experience. It was so calming. My brain didn\'t have all those messages flying thru. I could finish a thought. That helped me feel more in control of me.

Hope you have the same luck. Are you on the long lasting pill or the one that lasts only a few hours?

Prayers are answered. I am glad it is helping and that you have a wonderful husband who cares a lot about you. I have learned something in my years that it is the little things in life that truly matter. the fact he helped you washed your hair..

I\'m so thankful that you have had a day that you felt normal - not so tired that you had to lay back down by 11 am, boy do I know that feeling.... It is so sweet that your husband was pampering you, that is great, I hope it continues as often as you need it. You are so sweet and you deserve it!
I will keep praying for you to feel better- chronic fatigue stinks!!!!
Sending you love and hugs, from KY ~ Denise
