It was 103 degrees here yesterday! All we have is a little window ac and I was so hot!! I was doing housework and my face went numb!! Felt like someone elses skin over my own! So I figured it was time to lay down under a fan and cool off, it took about an hour and I felt better.  Had my b12 shot on thursday and it actually gave me energy this time! Thank goodness, because the last two weeks have been horrible! One day I slept ALL day and through the night! I hate that, I feel so lazy, and I know others think I'm just being lazy.  But today is only supposed to be about 98, let's hope I do okay. I've really been feeling pretty good, so I'm taking advantage of it! The Cymbalta has changed my outlook, I have never felt so good. . .inside, I can't even explain it, it's just like a feeling of wellbeing if that makes sense. Well, I hope you all have a great weekend. Prayers for a painfree, symptom free and stress free day!!!Love ya all.Sheri

wow 103 degrees is hot!!!! I have a cleaning lady every two weeks. But because I left work on Friday we are letting the clearners go after their next cleaning. I\'ll be darn if I will ever be cleaning in 103 degrees tho. Yet, I am going to be pulling weeds tomorrow in 94 degree weather. We have a large vegetable garden at my parents (15 minurtes away)) and I am told that there are lots and lots of weeds.

Hi
just pace yourself in the heat.
I myself like the heat rather than the cold

Hope you stay cool! We don\'t get that kind of weather around here. I think I know what you mean about that feeling of well-being. I have been feeling better most of the time recently, but that feeling fo well-being is wonderful and actually a somewhat foreign to me. I hope that feeling sticks with you!

Maybe work at night when it\'s cooler? Also, your meds may have a caution abt heat ? There\'s a BIG difference between being lazy & being fatigued. You were fatigued,& needed the rest.Hooray for B12 & Cymbalta! Very happy 4 U !

Hi Sherie, I hope and pray that u are alright. This heat is very dangerous to anyone that has a chronic illness. Those of with MS, it brings an exacerbation, a bad one. As cooleyj said, the MS society will give u a free ac if u cannot afford one. At least they do here in Philadelphia. It is \"that\" important that u have one. As littlewing said, there is a BIG difference between being lazy & fatigue. We get chronically fatigued. My doctor wanted to give me something for the fatigue. I turned it down for now because I am already taking so much meds. I may need it very soon,(LOL)although it really isn\'t funny(smile) Please take care of yourselfand look into the MS society about the AC. U are in my prays as well as everyone here at DS site.
Love and a very LARGE hug!(SMILE)

Sherrie please stay safe! I want you to be happy and I know you want things clean, but it is not as important as your health!
